- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, PR, artist management) and external vendors (photographers, designers, videographers) to deliver high-quality content.
- Design and execute creative concepts for fan merchandise, exclusive digital content, and promotional materials for tours, fan events, and album releases.
- Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with the marketing, artist management, and social media teams to ensure that creative assets align with broader campaign objectives.
- 4+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the music, entertainment, or media industry.
- Proven track record of managing artist careers and successfully driving revenue growth.
- Existing industry network, including relationships with music producers, production house media outlets.
- Experience working with high-profile or up-and-coming artists would be a plus.

- Organize employee training, and orientation, and develop and provide specialized training courses suitable for employees.
- Control, supervise, and inspect employees to comply with company regulations.
- Manage benefits and welfare to motivate and retain employees.
- Labor relations management to build good relationships within the organization.
- The ideal candidate should possess the following background.
- Having experience in the Hospitality Business is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree level or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Have good leadership, human relations, good personality, confident speaking and communication skills.
- Able to use advanced MS Excel or analytics tools will be given special consideration.
