- Lead with Precision: Take the reins on executing our Go-To-Market strategy. Ensure every campaign launches on time, hitting all the right notes, and delivering maximum impact.
- Project Powerhouse: Oversee all marketing projects and activities, keeping them on track and within budget. Your organizational skills will be the key to our success.
- Cross-Functional Champion: Be the glue that holds our commercial teams and project stakeholders together. Facilitate seamless communication and alignment to ensure everyone is on board and ready to execute winning campaigns.
- Data Detective: Dive deep into campaign analysis to uncover what’s working and what’s not. Share your insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Competitive Research Guru: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough competitive research. Use your findings to supercharge our campaigns and keep us at the forefront of the market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in communication, marketing or allied fields.
- Min 8 years of marketing experience ideally in FMCG or E-commerce
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Research and analytical skills.
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
