Senior Analyst, Long Tail Management-LT

Job Description :
As a Mass Seller Management, will work with call agent to drive seller performance and growth. To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance – working across segment and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform outbound call quality audit and deep dive agents’ performance data to find meaningful insights and implications with further action planning to achieve the KPIs
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents to improve performance and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Initiate standard script both call and email template for incubation team
  • Develop group or individual training per assigned topics to continuously boost up agents’ competencies and quality
  • Actively research to understand agents working motivation and set up necessary workshops
  • Proactively update any new content changes per alignment and able to cascade well to agents

Qualifications :

  • Experience 1-2 years
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under constant changes
  • Ability to do multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with the tools in e-commerce or related industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
