Regional CRM Analyst
atLazada (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Provide data analysis, segmentation and periodic reports to drive various CRM campaigns across
- the region.
- Plan and execute campaigns with the various CRM tools.
- Monitor and maximize email marketing revenue across all the ventures.
- To plan resources and activities required for each project phase, and actively engage stakeholders within the division to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Strong educational background with outstanding academic grades.
- Ability to learn fast with strong analytical and communication skills.
- 2 year(s) work experience (Internet industry strongly preferred).
- Interest in internet space, e-commerce and online marketing.
- Technical skills and proficiency in RDBMS, SQL [MySQL/Oracle preferred], HTML, HTML5,
- Javascript and MS-Excel is desired.
- Exposure to API implementation or any program language is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks, meet deadlines and suggest new ideas to improve email marketing.
