• จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลูกค้าในโครงการหรือกับบริษัทฯ.
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา (พิจารณารับนักศึกษาจบใหม่).
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านธุรการ/ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือธุรการอาคาร/หมู่บ้าน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีทักษะในการประสานงาน การเจรจา และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นเป็นอย่างดี.
• บุคลิกภาพดี.
• ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (MS Office).
• เป็นงานประจำ สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6วัน/สัปดาห์ (ไมได้หยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์) และประจำโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้.
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
