atBoonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :
- จัดทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เพื่อกระตุ้น/ผลักดันสินค้าจากร้านค้าสู่ผู้บริโภค ตามเป้าหมายการขายและกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทฯในแต่ละกลุ่มสินค้า ทั้งในกลุ่มสินค้า Alcohol และ กลุ่มสินค้า Non-Alcohol ในช่องทาง TT ให้เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์การแข่งขันในพื้นที่
- ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานจากการทำกิจกรรมตามแผนงานภายใต้งบประมาณ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
- จัดทำและนำเสนอแผนงานการสร้างภาพลักษณ์หน้าร้าน ในช่องทาง TT ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Direction
- ออกตรวจตลาดเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของทีมขายในแต่ละช่องทางขายเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมทางด้านเทรดมาร์เก็ตติ้งให้เป็นไปตามแผนการดำเนินงาน และสอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทฯ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
JOB SPECIFICATION AND KEY COMPETENCY :
- จบปริญญาตรีในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวกับงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงาน 2 ปี ขึ้นไป ในด้าน Trade Marketing
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และทักษะในการนำเสนอ
- มีทักษะการใช้ Computer ธุรกิจ โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel และ Microsoft Powerpoint เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ / ปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
