Project Management (Initiation, Implementation, Execution & Control)

• Translate business solutions into actionable project plans with clear scope, timeline, and resource allocation
• Lead the execution and control of projects to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and outcomes
• Monitor risks, manage issues, and control project cost, quality, and schedule
• Provide regular project updates and performance reporting to stakeholders and management

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and service partners
• Communicate project goals, progress, and changes effectively across all involved parties

Process Improvement, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement

• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean thinking to project execution
• Develop and implement best practices and standard procedures to support project scalability and quality

And any other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, solution delivery, or implementation roles.
• Proven experience in process improvement or operational excellence projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional, customer-facing environments.
