- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม BD และ Tech Team เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันที่ตอบโจทย์ลูกค้า
- ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบและ Demo Solution ให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจถึง Value & ROI
- บริหารและประสานงานโครงการ (Project Management) ตั้งแต่ Pre-sale จนถึง Implementation
- ทำเอกสารข้อเสนอโซลูชัน (Proposal, RFP/RFI Response, SOW)
- สนับสนุนการขายโดยทำ Technical Consultation และ Proof of Concept (POC) ให้กับลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติและสมรรถนะประจําตําแหน่ง
- มีประสบการณ์ 5+ ปีขึ้นไปใน Pre-sales, Solution Consulting หรือ Project Management
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน IT Solution (ERP, WMS, TMS, AI, IoT) และสามารถทำ Technical Consultation ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน System Integration (SI) , Network และ Infrastructure จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้าน Firewall, IPS, Switch, Router
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้าน Network Security, Router, IP, WAN, LAN
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใขด้าน Server, Cloud, VM
- มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales & Tech ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
