ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor the Pallet Control Team (3PL), ensuring daily operations align with the Pallet Management Team's direction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Utilize data to drive decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct onsite audits of Plant and Warehouse operations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management level, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Customer Service) to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage relationships with external customer, vendors and service providers to maintain service quality.

Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in setting up SOPs, workflow.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
