Job Description

-Learning data operations with a thorough knowledge and understanding of relational databases, data structures, and the ability to cleanse, analyze, and connect data from multiple sources.
-Monitor and manage data quality processes and security of data.
-Can work night shift as required between 11PM- 7AM. Sometimes may work over day working hour with team as aligned with manager.
-Record all the incident when a job failed and fixed problem as soon as possible for making sure delivered data within SLA.
-Able to query data by user request and ensure the quality of service, responsible for user support.
-Document data operations and monitoring solutions in clear, concise guides.
-Manual export data from 3rd party (ex. e-mail, website) to input data warehouse.
-Operational improvement.
-Ensure that the service desk is providing effective and efficient support for users experiencing data-related issues.
-Data and Report Quality Assurance: lead data and report testing to identify discrepancies or errors.
-Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about data operations, incidents, and service desk performance.
-Align with business objectives: Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and ensure the data operations support their goals.

Specification
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
-Be responsible to ensure daily work is completed as per SLA to ensure system stability and availability for users before start of working hour e.g. Data runs successfully and completed for use by 8.30AM.
-Able to work in shift (day/night).
-Strong SQL, PL SQL, Python skills.
-Experience with Qlik Sense and Power BI will be advantage.
