- ดำเนินการสร้างและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างบริษัทกับลูกค้า เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจในระยะยาว
- วิเคราะห์โอกาสทางธุรกิจ และดำเนินการตามเป้าหมายด้านการขาย
- ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า และนำเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสม
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขและปิดการขายให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร
- ให้บริการและดูแลลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพตลอดกระบวนการขาย
- ควบคุมงบประมาณและติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Specification
- อายุ 23-30 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิชา การตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลและควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย
Key Competencies
- สามารถบริหารจัดการลูกค้าหลายรายได้พร้อมกัน พร้อมทั้งมองหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ
- มีความสามารถในการเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า และเจรจาเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายและบริการได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม CRM และสามารถเรียนรู้ระบบใหม่ ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อพบลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้าได้ตามความเหมาะสม
