Job Description
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ E-Commerce และ Mobile-Commerce Platform สำหรับการทำธุรกิจผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- พัฒนา E-Commerce Platform ให้สามารถติดตาม Customer Journey และปรับปรุงแก้ไข E-Commerce Platform ให้สอดคล้องกะบ Customer Journey ที่เหมาะสม
- พัฒนาระบบเพื่อติดตามข้อมูลของลูกค้า สำหรับนำไปใช้ในการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ Re-Marketing เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายสินค้า
- พัฒนาระบบ Artificial Intelligence และ Machine Learning เพื่อเรียนรู้และวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของลูกค้า
- ประยุกต์เทคโนโลยีต่างๆ มาใช้ในการพัฒนา E-Commerce Platform เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงาน และสร้างความแปลกใหม่ให้กับลูกค้า
- ศึกษาและพัฒนาวิธีการเชื่อมต่อกับ Commerce Platform ต่างๆ ที่ช่วยสนับสนุนให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้ E-Commerce Platform ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อธุรกิจ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ทักษะการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์
- ทักษะการออกแบบและพัฒนา Mobile Application
- ทักษะการออกแบบและพัฒนาการเชื่อมต่อ เพื่อรับข้อมูลระหว่างภายในและภายนอก
- ทักษะด้าน E-Commerce และ Marketing Tools
- ทักษะด้าน Artificial Intelligence และ Machine Learning, Augmented Reality และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ
