- นำอ้อยเข้าหีบให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด และติดตามหนี้สิน
- ส่งเสริมการไว้ตอให้นานขึ้นจากเดิมอีก 1 ปี
- ส่งเสริมเพิ่มพื้นที่ชลประทาน โครงการเพิ่มผลผลิต
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขาเกษตร หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- TOEIC 350 คะแนน
- มีทักษะในการถ่ายทอดให้ผู้อื่นเข้าใจ และปฏิบัติตาม
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการไร่
