Experience in the company

Pros - Many seminar training opportunities - Nice colleagues - No lay-off during Covid-19 period - Very strong merchandising team - Paid bonus even faced with Covid-19 - Strategic business development team - Talented and nice omnichannel management team Cons - No communication regarding to changes in employee's career path - Unsupportive and offensive HR - Break the contract regarding to performance evaluation : changed performance evaluation criteria and Re-evaluated employees' past performances that were already signed and passed through salary-adjustment period. No elaboration and performance-evaluation form regarding to performance re-evaluation. - Laptops were too out-dated, such as Vaio T13 with Window 7, for management trainee to work, while other employees were encouraged to use PC. No new Microsoft Office approved - All managements worked with inside-out mindset - Highly Silo - No data sharing and knowledge sharing - Very limited WFH permission during first-wave Covid-19
