Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Ops Suite Engineers
• Develop strategies and plans to ensure high-quality services
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and help drive service enhancements.
• Manage and monitor customer environments
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as user provisioning and access control
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they impact customers
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages or tools
• Collaborate with Frontline and Backline Support Engineers to resolve complex issues
• Document procedures and best practices for maintaining cloud environments
• Stay up-to-date on the latest features, tools, and best practices of cloud industry
• Maintain a strong understanding of security protocols for cloud environments

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support 
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management position
• Experience with global cloud platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Having relevant cloud technical certifications is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
