Job Description
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term strategic goals
- Define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps, focusing on private and personal banking across all wealth segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (CIO, sales, go-to-market) and external partners (asset management firms, foreign banks) to drive product success
- Oversee product development, leveraging expertise from wealth management partners, and ensure that product design aligns with the bank's objectives and client needs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain approval for all products from Investment Committees, while also enhancing team skills and capabilities in product research and monitoring
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years work experience in financial market product or related banking roles
- Strong understanding product insights, with excellent analytical, systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellence communication in both speaking and writing English
