หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วิเคราะห์ติดตามสภาวการณ์ทางการตลาด และคู่แข่งเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ อาทิเช่น E-Tax, Deposit, e-Withholding Tax เป็นต้น ตลอดจนเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆเพื่อออกแบบพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เดิมให้มีความทันสมัยสอดคล้องกับสภาวการณ์เปลี่ยนแปลงและสามารถแข่งขันได้ รวมถึงตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างครบถ้วนและจัดทำ Product Road Map
- ร่วมกับหน่วยงานผู้ดูแลลูกค้า ได้แก่ SALES / RM / BC / CBCดำเนินการรวบรวมข้อมูลและสรุปความต้องการทางธุรกิจสาหรับใช้ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
- ดูแล ติดตาม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ตามกระบวนการผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ออกหรือปรับปรุงใหม่ (Product Checklist) เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและความซับซ้อนของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ออกใหม่
- ร่วมกับหน่วยงานด้านพัฒนาระบบงานผลิตภัณฑ์ ในการจัดทำ Requirement/Prototype ตลอดจนร่วมวางแผน และกำหนดระยะเวลาในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อนำผลิตภัณฑ์ออกสู่ตลาดในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน IT Process และขั้นตอนการออกผลิตภัณฑ์โดยนำเสนอต่อ IT Steering Committee / Product Committeeตลอดจนคณะกรรมการต่างๆ ตามขั้นตอนการออกผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร เพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- ร่วมวางแผนการทดสอบและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลการทดสอบและร่วมทดสอบระบบงาน (UAT)ตรวจสอบ และร่วมตรวจรับระบบงาน (User Signoff)พร้อมกำหนดแผนการนำระบบออกใช้งาน (Implement) ทั้งในส่วนของการทำงานของเครื่อง (Hardware) และ Function ต่างๆ (Software)
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการระบบงานของธนาคาร หรือมีประสบการณ์ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้และเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์บริการจัดการทางการเงิน
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประมวลผลข้อมูล และการนำเสนอ
