• ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้ได้ตามมาตราฐานงานก่อสร้าง และตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง.
• เข้าร่วมประชุมและจัดทำรายการความคืบหน้าเสนอ.
• คุมงานช่างของบริษัท.
• ส่งรูปภาพลงอัลบั้มในกลุ่มตามกำหนด.
• จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.-ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาก่อสร้าง สาขาตกแต่งภายใน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี.
• เข้าใจแบบงานผลิต งานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ built-in.
• มีรถยนต์ หรือ จักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัว.
• สามารถ อ่านแบบและเขียนแบบได้ ประสานงานโปรเจ็คได้.
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft office และ Auto CAD ได้.
• สามารถเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้.
