Job Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation and Support:

Design, configure, and implement SAP IS-OIL modules to meet business requirements.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-OIL solutions.

2. Business Process Analysis:

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements specific to the oil and gas industry.

Optimize processes related to downstream, upstream, and midstream operations.

3. Integration and Customization:

Integrate SAP IS-OIL with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) and third-party systems.

Customize solutions using SAP ABAP, if required, to address unique business needs.

4. Documentation and Training:

Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and user guides.

Train end-users and key stakeholders to use SAP IS-OIL solutions effectively.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Stay updated with SAP enhancements, patches, and new releases in the IS-OIL domain.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-OIL or related modules (MM/SD) for implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry processes (e.g., TSW, TD, HPM).

3. Technical Skills:

• Expertise in SAP IS-OIL modules (e.g., TSW, PRA, JVA, HPM).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

4. Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
