Strengthen and grow the beverage business of assigned markets i.e. Myanmar and Cambodia by developing marketing plan including designing and implementing the business strategies, leading, guiding and inspiring the team to achieve business objectives

Job Description:

Marketing Champion - HPC

1.) Develop strategies, marketing campaigns and tactics in accordance with business objectives
2.) Implement marketing plan and project for new and existing roducts. Monitor, review and report on effectiveness of marketing activities and results
3.) Own, manage and control marketing budget to ensure the most efficient spend and highest return on investment
4.) Work closely with agencies and suppliers, providing clear and concise briefing to deliver effective communication materials
5.) Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales and Cross-Functional Teams to ensure effective execution
6.) Work with CMI team to analyze market data or conduct market research or survey to define marketing issues and business opportunities for existing and future products
