Job Summary

1.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth within the modern trade channel.

2.Manage customer for Sales target & ensure profitability to Osotspa’s Beverages portfolio.
- Retain customer and relationship over time ideally a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunity to work to gather for mutual benefit. - Lead and coach team to achieve sales growth and individual growth.

3.Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, negotiating terms and conditions to optimize mutual business outcomes.

5.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats and formulate appropriate action plans.

6.Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management regularly.
