Role & Responsibility
• Own and Lead Cross-Architecture Solution Architecture and Consultative selling conversation.
• Establish Customer Future State Architecture Roadmap to meet growth target matching with customer business objective
• To act as technology thought leadership to lead customer engagement and develop customer demand in expertise domain.
• Design, build and lead customer solution offerings mapping to customer business objective.
• Ability to understand, translate and commercially explain the differentiated benefits, based on a reasonably detailed knowledge of the technical advantages of a proposed solutions.
• Ability to integrate the new technologies eg. 5G, Cloud ..to expand the business.
• Ability to multitask and ensure that all key priorities are delivered as per agreed timelines
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to interact at all levels across an organization
• Excellent executive communication, with ability to present to CxOs and senior leadership Requirements
• Collaborate with Sales/Presale, Own and provide the customer solution investment cost, technical solution architecture document to respond customer TOR/proposals
• Co-Responsible in driving Enterprise Business Growth by “xx” % and target to increase “yy” win cross architecture deals
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of cross-architecture solutions, particularly in emerging technologies like 5G, Cloud, and other relevant fields.
- Strong knowledge of designing, building, and leading customer solutions that align with business objectives and technology innovations.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing architectures to expand business potential.
- Proven experience in consultative selling, particularly in technology and solution-focused sales, with a track record of leading customer conversations to determine business needs and technology fit.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on translating complex technical details into business language that resonates with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and CxOs.
- Experience in developing and presenting future-state architecture roadmaps, aligned with customer growth targets and business objectives.
- Ability to foresee technology trends and developments, and translate them into long-term strategies for business growth.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure key deliverables are completed on time.
- Experience with driving projects that involve diverse teams and timelines, ensuring alignment with both customer and business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and presales teams to develop and present technical solution offerings and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Ability to develop detailed technical solution architecture documents and cost estimations for customer proposals.
- Proven track record in driving enterprise business growth and increasing the win rate for cross-architecture deals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities that lead to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is typically required.
- Relevant certifications in areas like cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), solution architecture, or enterprise architecture are often beneficial.
Enterprise Technical Consultant (Pre-Sales)
Responsibilities
- To consult technical requirement and design solution of Enterprise Data Service for Enterprise customer
- To negotiate for pricing bargaining with Vendor/Provider to optimize Project investment cost for competitor
- Coordinate with Operation team to deliver and maintenance the design solution to customer
- Coordinate with Supplier to explore new potential technology
- Technical & Service knowledge sharing
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer, IT, Tele-communication) / Computer Science
- Experience 3-4 years of IT / Telecom / Data Communication Service / Pre-Sale or Post-Sale
or IP N/W Operation & Planning - Presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Strong analytic skills, Good inter-personal and communication skills, Influent in English
is preferable - 5 years of professional experience as Pre-Sales Engineer in a technical environment
- Relevant software development experience, or commercial/sales experience
- Experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company, eCommerce space or in the payments industry
- Ability to understand and determine an enterprise's customer's needs and how AIS's products and solution might best fit through a consultative approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and exceed them
- Must be organized and a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work without a tactical oversight
Solution Sales Specialist/ Technical Sales (Total Solution; cloud, security, ICT, data center)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new customer opportunities in the cloud space.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their business goals, current IT environment, and cloud migration plans.
- Leverage your cloud expertise to architect and propose secure solutions that effectively address customer needs, considering medium to large enterprise customer requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud fundamentals and best practices for at least one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other public cloud.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud concepts including AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, and Local Cloud solutions.
- Apply your knowledge of Landing Zone design principles to create robust and secure cloud environments.
- Navigate the complexities of cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and service models (Public, Private, Hybrid) to recommend the optimal solution for each customer.
- Develop strategic cloud project plans that outline the migration process and highlight the long-term benefits for customers.
- Craft compelling investment plans that quantify the ROI and cost savings associated with cloud adoption.
- Deliver impactful presentations that showcase your cloud knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition of our cloud solutions.
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) development and execution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud trends and technologies to ensure you offer the most relevant solutions to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field, with a focus on Security or Cloud computing.
- Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals and best practices for one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience in architecting cloud solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
- Ability to analyze customer environments and recommend secure cloud solutions that align with their specific business needs.
- In-depth understanding of general security practices for cloud computing.
- Solid grasp of cloud concepts: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, Local Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Landing Zone design principles.
- Proficiency in cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and service models (Public, Private, Hybrid).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and investment proposals for cloud projects is a plus.
- A Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a strong advantage.
