This role is responsible for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events) to target specific SME segments and drive lead generation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract data from multiple sources, analyze campaign performance, and leverage insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve business performance.

  • Channel Optimization: Identify and explore new opportunities within existing marketing channels to increase sales and improve ROI.

  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across different channels and campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Approval: Oversee the creation and approval of high-quality marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, social media posts, and other relevant content.

SME Marketing Communications Specialist

  • Channel Management: Work closely with channel teams to ensure all SME communication channels and campaigns are aligned with business objectives and effectively reach the target audience.
  • Creative Oversight: Oversee all SME marketing artwork and media, including direct communication, online presence, website content, and digital media.
  • Budget Management: Manage and control the SME marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different channels and campaigns.
  • Initiative Development: Proactively identify and propose new marketing initiatives and campaigns to support SME business growth and achieve successful outcomes.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an effective incentive program to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Incentive Programs: Design and implement well-structured incentive schemes aligned with company strategy and sales objectives.
  • Communication & Training: Effectively communicate incentive program details to sales teams and provide user-friendly tools and resources to help them understand and maximize their incentives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the relationship between incentive payouts and business performance. Forecast sales performance by product, region, and other key metrics. Simulate incentive budget spending based on different scenarios.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track individual and team incentive payouts and performance. Sync data sources on revenue and margin from relevant teams to accurately calculate incentive performance.
  • Product Knowledge & Accuracy: Understand enterprise products and coordinate with analysis and product teams to ensure the accuracy of product masters before generating performance reports.
  • Sales Target Setting: Prepare sales targets by product, region, and individual seller. Review and adjust target allocations for employee transfers or resignations.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with working teams to automate data processing and reporting, reducing manual work and minimizing calculation errors.
