Job Summary

To monitor, analyze and cooperate with the related team for improving quality of IDD, Data Roaming, Signaling, International Transit services, including adjust IDD routes, GRX, and Signaling with cost and quality balancing, moreover develop and maintain International statistics, alarm, database, and automatic report tools for International Transit hub’s customers.

Job Description

• Monitor, analyze, and improve network performance for international and interconnection networks.
• Adjust IDD, GRX, and Signaling routes to international carriers, IPX providers, and operators, balancing cost and quality.
• Develop and maintain an international and interconnection statistics database and reporting tools for international transit hub services.
• Coordinate with other operators and international carriers on technical issues related to international and interconnection networks.
• Negotiate and provide support information for interconnection trunk dimensioning to the planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in the Network or Telecom business.
• Strong understanding of network performance monitoring and analysis.
• Experience with IDD, GRX, and Signaling protocols.
• Familiarity with international carrier and IPX provider operations.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining databases and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (TOEIC score above 550).
