Responsibilities: - Read all requirement and design documents, also analyze and get understand what needs to be tested. - Preparing and Develop Test Scenarios and Test Cases for system and integration testing. - Able to prioritize testing activities and decide how it is to be tested. - Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing. - Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. - Prepare Test Data for the test cases. - Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases. - Do Defect Tracking and Follow-up. - Provide mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it. - Assist Test Manager to Preparing Test Summary Reports in Daily or Weekly Basis. - Assist Test Manager to support training session and documents for Users. - Preparing Lesson Learnt documents from the previous project testing experience. - Preparing Suggestion Documents to improve the quality of the application. - Communication with the Test Lead / Test Manager.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Tester role: At least 5 years of experience as a Tester in software development team both manual and automate testing. - Fluent in both written and spoken English will be an advantage. - Understand testing concept, basic testing technique, software life cycle, and Agile fundamental process. - Have experience in testing of online integrations and batch interfaces between front-end to back-end (website technology and API testing). - Able to query in SQL and understanding of relational databases (Oracle /MySQL/ SQL Server). - If have experience in core system of accounting in Bank or Financial Industry, will be special considered.
