Responsibilities: 1. Initially identify, search, verify, and evaluate operational risks as required by the rules and regulations relating to the Company’s business operation as assigned. 2. Coordinate with Legal Department and other units to formulate written practice guideline in compliance with concerned laws, rules and regulations, and standards of business conduct, in the forms of policy and required practices or other documents such as internal work process guide to serve as practical approach or policy for the Company’s employee to follow. 3. Respond to enquiries and provide initial advice relating to concerned laws, rules and regulations, and standards of business conduct. 4. Prepare different relevant information to be used in activities to educate the employees about the laws, rules and regulations, and the Company’s standards of employee practice to help them gain knowledge and understanding and be able to comply with such rules and regulations as well as standards. 5. Verify sale, advertising, and public relations media utilized by the Company’s different distribution channels to make sure that they comply with relevant laws, rules and regulations, and also develop a record of sale media in the Company's EDAS database system. 6. Coordinate and act as a center to ensure that concerned departments verify policy information and report the results as requested by government agencies namely Office of Insurance Commission, Anti-Money Laundering Office, police station, etc. 7. Gather and submit report of transaction in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Law.
Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Law or related fields. 0-5 years of work experience in Legal, Compliance and audit in insurance business or related fields. New Graduates are welcome Good problem-solving capability, presentation and report-writing skills both in Thai and English languages Skillful in using MS office applications e.g. MS word, Excel, Power Point Fluent in both written and spoken English
