• Proficiency to identify, evaluate, and develop a strategic approach within the account plan to achieve key business objectives, including relationship and timeline mapping for engagement and overall project management of internal resources..
• Proven success with new customer acquisition in multi-hotel, multi-brand, or enterprise account business development.
• Ability to manage the sales plan, lead the entire process from client engagement, negotiation process, drafting to contract signature..
• Ability to provide due diligence support for new business development activities.
• Ability to influence senior-level executives, business partners, and stakeholders.
