Billing Operations Senior Analyst

Ensure proper billing for specific Amadeus products, in order to safeguard and maximize company incomes. Management of ABI Claims, document distribution and common mailbox for Billing Operations team.

Common accountabilities:
  • Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
  • Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
  • Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
Specific accountabilities:
  • Contribute to billing accuracy, both revenues and costs, while complying with the Central Billing SLAs both to internal and external customers as well as the SLAs from Finance.
  • Ensure all Billing related documents are distributed, both internally and externally to our customers as per the SLAs set out.
  • Manage the administration of the common mailbox for Billing Operations and ensure necessary actions are taken to respond to any requests or queries.
  • Manage ABI claims received from Amadeus customers and provide figures to Revenue Management to reimburse valid claims to our customers in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Execute manual billing for specific Amadeus products throughout the month and should be done within the monthly closing timeframe.
  • Identify, propose and implement improvement suggestions to enhance the billing process. Support Billing Operations Manager in enhancing the service provided internally to R&C and outside the department.
  • Collaborate on special ad-hoc projects as needed by the Revenue Management and Collection Department.
