Job Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and analyze the business requirements and specifications in order to develop systems and processes in the company.
• Work closely with both internal and external parties to improve or develop systems and processes as business requirements.
• Organize and manage project plans as well as monitor performance to ensure that the project can be implemented as scheduled.
• Monitor and report issues or questions and make recommendations to the business team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Development.
• Strong analytic and technical skills to develop systems and processes.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Having an experience in Retail business or project development is preferable.
