Key Accountabilities
Be a representative for PTTEP during Decommissioning preparation and Decommissioning execution at Offshore Gulf of Thailand and shall be able to be made approval, recommendations and suggestions on behalf of PTTEP as per defined authorities i.e. approval of operation stand-by day, approval of wait on weather day, timesheet and overtime.
Understand the requirements of the Procurement and Contracts Procedure, including the SSHE Contractor Management Procedure
Understand the contract work scope and associated SSHE risks
On-board the Construction support's vessel or be at the Contractor's yard
Communicate with the COMPANY Project Team in all levels i.e. daily reporting, progress control, project status, look ahead plan, critical activities highlight, area of concern etc.
Coordinate with Offshore field authority for APPROVED prior commencing the works including Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work, Hazard Identification (HAZID), attending Kick off Meeting (KOM), etc.
Perform routine monitoring to verify compliance with Contract SSHE Management Plan and SSHE Monitoring Program
Perform routine monitoring to work/ execution progress, preparing a daily progress report, and be able to provide and/or supervise Contractor to mitigate any delay progress in safe and efficient manner

Daily walk around all units on as assigned to monitor Decommissioning preparation and Decommissioning execution activities and assist on look ahead planning
Supervise Contractor for Permit-to-work, Job safety analysis, toolbox meeting, etc.
Ensure the effective execution of the work by Contractor in safe manner
Ensure that PTTEP's standards are applied by Contractor throughout the execution
Ensure all the activities are properly prepared and documented to avoid incident or accidents
Ensure all the activities are carried out according to the approved engineering documents
Ensure Contractor site supervision capabilities are sufficient to cover all activities during execution phase
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
Preferable an experience person as a company site representative for offshore wellhead platform construction, installation and/ or decommissioning project
Minimum 2 years in superintendent/ supervisor level in offshore construction project with valid BOSIET/ T-BOSIET certification
Minimum 5 years in superintendent/ supervisor level in oil & gas, petroleum, petrochemical industrial or related oil & gas, petroleum, petrochemical construction/ fabrication industrial
Having a valid training record for firefighting and advance first aid (Training record within 3 years)
Having a medical checkup record that fit for work at offshore and having minimum of 3 dosages of COVID-19 Vaccine
