Regional Account Executive - B2B (Associate)

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

We are looking for a Regional Account Executive to join our fast-growing account management team to manage our client portfolio and grow our book of business. You will be responsible for servicing both local and international clients, coordinating between the clients’ requirements and internal team or freelancers to deliver high quality strategic planning, creative work, media plan or marketing campaign and help our clients grow their business. You will work with a young, dynamic and action-oriented team in a results-driven environment, and be expected to freely contribute your ideas, passion, and drive to manage your own and your team’s targets. As you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the company, align with Fastwork’s culture and values, and contribute to the lively dynamic of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship, from briefing, creating, amending business plans and putting together response decks, presenting to clients, and handling all client communications.
  • Understand client businesses and objectives, in order to improve their business performance through our service.
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology towards all briefs.
  • Communicate effectively to make recommendations on the scope and timeline of client projects, and manage their expectations on the results and schedule.
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
  • Work closely with top creative freelancers, pick and delegate projects according to client’s requirements and objectives.
  • Be proactive on solving problems and data driven planning.

Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Minimum 3-year of experience in a digital media agency.
  • Past hands-on experience in account management or marketing communications.
  • Organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on business impact.
  • Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, analytical and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in building relationships with top marketing decision maker.
