• Surveys market potentiality for new store expansion
• Conduct feasibility study for business expansion of new store and the new concept
• Prepare new site approval presentation and lead monthly Business Development Committee Meeting
• Analyses database, traffic counts, customer counts
• Prepares and updates Project Tracking Report to ensure that new store’s openings are in line with the Annual Operation Plan of each year.
• Coordinates with landlord/project developer to support store’s Operation team
• Coordinates with legal team for preparation of new store agreements such as lease agreement, service agreement and negotiates with landlords/project developers
• Collects and compiles information on competitor’s movement, current market situation, market potentiality
• Manage and lead “Store Expansion” team and develop people capability.
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Master’s Degree in MBA / Business / Economics / Real Estate will be advantage
• Solid Experience in Business Development, Expansion, Market Planning in Retail Business
• Possess effective negotiation skills, strong analytical thinking with sound knowledge of Commercial and Retail market.
• Competency in project feasibility will be advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Team player, good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic, hardworking
• Computer literacy
