Job Responsibility

- Drafting/reviewing contracts or any other legal instruments as may be assigned from time to time with efficiency and in timely manner- Providing support in investment/acquisition/Intellectual Property project for business units- Setting up tracking system of all legal works of legal department, making sure that they are all recorded. Timeline and requirements of business unit are noted and addressed correctly.- Assistant Company Secretary Function- Providing necessary assistance to department members

Job Qualification

- ปริญญาตรี หรือโท นิติศาสตร์บัณฑิต- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานนิติกรรมสัญญา เลขานุการบริษัท หรืองานกฎหมายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
