Last Mile Service Manager

- Leading and Supervising Last Mile Team
- Day-to-day decision making upon strategies.
- Manage budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing.
- Guarantee all legal and regulatory documents are filled and control compliance with laws and regulations.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Hire, training and team performance management.
- Headcount and Infrastructure planning
- Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and Head Office for smooth operations
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Recognize and address obstacles and opportunities for the company.
- Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelorâs degree in operations management or similar area.
- Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics)
- Should have handled geographically dispersed teams
- Knowledge of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow supervision.
- Excellent management, communication and reporting skill.
- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situation.
- Leadership and Team Management skills
