Job Responsibility

Strong foundation in high volume operational setupLeading and Supervising Last Mile TeamHandled geographically dispersed teamsLeading and Supervising Last Mile TeamDay-to-day decision making upon strategies.Manage budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing.Guarantee all legal and regulatory documents are filled and control compliance with laws and regulations.Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.Hire, training and team performance management.Headcount and Infrastructure planningLiaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and Head Office for smooth operationsBuild alliances and partnerships with other organizations.Recognize and address obstacles and opportunities for the company.Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or similar area.Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics)Should have handled geographically dispersed teamsKnowledge of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow supervision.Excellent management, communication and reporting skill.Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situation.Leadership and Team Management skill
