Job Responsibility

• Manage full cycle recruitment process to meet business direction and strategies.
• Handle Recruitment Activity such as Mass or Target Recruitment / InternalRecruitment.
• Provide the full coordination throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes, such as requisition management, job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication, offer management
• Provide recruiting support and advice to hiring managers for positions at diverse levels
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Ensure each step of recruitment standards is achieved timely and accurately, complying with hiring protocol and guidelines
• Ad hoc supports in projects and initiatives

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university locally or internationally
• A minimum 3 years of related experience with proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands-on on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with diverse groups of people
• Strong in client focus and customer service orientation
• Flexible mind-set and team player
• Strong decision-making skills
