Description

• Set strategy and develop measurement to align with target and drive performance to be aligned with goals.
• Design and manage collection strategy across portfolio
• Review, implement and ensure collection policy/procedure is in compliance with the regulatory/requirement.
• Discuss, support and advice team on sound credit/collection practices
• Monitor & ensure accurate records of collection activity are maintained

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Experienced in unsecured in lending product with Finance & Banking business is preferable
• Strong knowledge of collection and financial concepts
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office and MS Access
• Good command verbal and written communication skills in English
