Position : UX Designer
Creating user experiences by designing the structural and informational foundation for specific product to ensure functionality, accessibility, and ease of use.

Responsibilities

• Creating information architecture for a specific product.
• Developing user flow or screen flow for a specific product.
• Crafting low fidelity wireframes and ensure that the proposed solution can captured intended value.
• Defining all necessary design specifications to communicate the intended intangible interaction value.
• Taking the design success metric into account when crafting design solutions to meet portfolio objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in UX design or a similar role
• At least 1-2 years of Banking or Financial Institution or a related field
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
• Solid knowledge of Information Architecture and Interaction Design
• Experience with User Research, Persona Development, User Journey Mapping, and Wireframing
• Experience in Usability Testing and translating research insights into actionable design improvements
