Key Responsibilities:

• Operational risk management and compliance framework
• Business continuity management framework
• Support, consult and coordinate with front line BUs
• Support direct supervisor, management level and group level in part of risk & control, audit and regulator with efficiency
• Monitoring, reporting, operational processing in risk functional related with completed and accuracy data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or auto finance, preferably within a banking environment
• Familiarity with auto finance products and the associated risks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of risk management software/tools is a plus
• Communicate in English
