Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Data Analytics Engineer in our Bangkok office.

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible to define the Reporting / Information Engineer is responsible for setting up and maintaining processes, methods and tools ensuring the project-wide consistent approach on generating and exchanging information.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Establish and maintain the project-wide Project Data Structure database and the corresponding guidelines and ensures that it is consistently applied throughout all relevant processes and tools across the project.
• Development and implementation of information management practices, including tools, guidelines and procedures.
• Assist stakeholders to define and understand their responsibilities in relation to information management.
• Engaging with stakeholders to identify areas in which effective information management can lead to overall business improvement.
• Administrates the collaboration platform Oracle Aconex, establishes uses cases and workflows, provides user support and interfaces with all stakeholders participating in the platform.
• Establish and monitor powerful key performance indicators for steering the project and generate project insights supporting project managers in their decision-making.
• Enhance processes to reduce time to create daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, etc.
• Strong knowledge on subsystems comprising a railway system e.g.: Signaling, Communication, Electrification, Rolling Stock, etc.
• Strong knowledge of core project management and engineering processes e.g.: Document Mgmt., Requirement Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Scheduling, Interface Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., etc.
• Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in all fields of data analytics, incl. database development, data visualization, data processing and scripting is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Oracle Aconex, IBM DOORS, Oracle Primavera, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g.: Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Visual Basic, C#, SQL, XML
• Fluent English language skills essential, both written and spoken
