Country Sales Manager, Himel (Thailand)

Sales Manager to drive territory revenue in the responsible countries, will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market for both Project and Retail segments. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.
Job responsibilities
Launch Himel Business, meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals in Thailand
- Set up 3 years’ business & marketing plans
- Establish and Develop the Distribution Networks across all Key Channels
- Management of sales and marcom events
- Specify and Implement strategies required to achieve our Sales & Profitability Targets
- Full coordination & Follow up with Country Support Team regarding end to end Order management Order placement to payment collection and delivery to our distributors and customers.
- Conduct Marketing Intelligence activities required for our benchmark and pricing strategy.
8. Establish network of Resellers ( POS )
Drive positive, responsible, team work and professional for high performance culture
Essential Professional Experience:
10-15 years in relevant Sales & Export roles, especially experience in Retail Channel
Solid Distributors’ Management Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.
Sales Background in Electrical products : Final Distribution, Wiring Devices & Accessories, Power distribution, Industrial control products.
Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries sales.
Good to process technical knowledge of Low Voltage & Automation products.
Desirable Qualifications
A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market ( Distributors & Resellers )
Worked in Retail Oriented companies in the Electrical Industry (Haco, Panasonic, Fuji Electric, etc.)
Experience in penetrating New Markets.

Education background:
- Electrical Eng Grad / Diploma
Others:
- Frequent traveler within the region
- Fluent in English; Chinese speaking is preferred
- Computer Skills: MS Office
