- Support documentation for Sales/Marketing Department - Handling projects of all ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949) - Provide clients high quality service including the necessary supporting documentation - Build a strong relationship with clients - Manage and utilize the Man-Powers of internal auditors - Mainly schedule audits and man-days calculation, including negotiation for man-day price - Create Quotation and Receipt of Order, Issue Invoice with SAP Program - Transmit letter and fax for project statuses and documents to clients - Make monthly report - Report and assist manager for department daily operations and personnel development - Act on secretarial work for department and manager Operation Support (Secretary) - Summarize Monthly report to Manager - Assist certifier in certification activities - Issue certificates for all system management - Manage in preparation and sending TUV Rheinland Test mark - Manage in verify true Copy Certificate - Update certified companies list, auditor and expert files, etc. - Contact other TUV Offices and Accreditation Body - Monitor qualification and contract of Internal and External Auditor/Expert and Training Request - Schedule external and internal auditors for QMS/EMS/Legal Exchange - Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) and Quotation - Prepare training request form for Auditor to HR Department - Others as assigned by Business Field manager and MD
