IT Operations Support (Korat)

Responsibilities
- Performs problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for internal staff and Managerial staff of BDMS Group.
- Performs routine hardware and software maintenance and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of systems.
- Provides technical assistance and maintenance support to customer’s end users.
- Documents projects and writes user instructions.
- Maintains knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
- Monitors external data sources to ensure receipt and analysis of all charges.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- May provide individual and/or group instruction and training to customer’s staff and/or end users on computer hardware and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer , Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 1-6 years’ experience in IT Support.
- Knowledge of M 365 in technical and application support in hospital flow will be the advantage.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skill.
- Ability to use personal computer and computer equipment.
- Possess service minded and problem solving skills.
- Quick learner, high responsibility, self-motivated, excellent team spirit and willing to work hard.
Operations Time: 5 Days work , 2 Days off
Location: Onsite 100% at Bangkok Hospital Ratchasima, Nakhon Ratchasima
