We are looking to hire a flexible and service-minded individual who can speak comfortably with both candidates and clients and represent the company at events and business meetings. To meet sales objectives by successfully finding employees new job opportunities with our clients. The successful candidate will be employed and work for Executive Search (WorkVenture).

• Design and implement overall individual recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using WorkVenture database, social media etc.
• Make successful placements of candidates into new job roles with your Employers.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in finding new ways to reach users and to establish communication with them.
• You will be building a better future for younger generations and towards making a real impact in the society.
• Being part of team that will constantly innovate and improve the work process and WorkVenture product.

• Thai National with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• 5 years of experience working within recruiting/staffing, business development, sales or client services.
• Must be interested in a startup/small business/tech environment
• Must be detail-oriented with a creative mind set.
• Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Possess a 'never give up' attitude with the determination to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
