Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up documents, gather Pro-forma invoice documents, and send customers.        
• Check copy and the original document, follow up a payment plan from Customers, plan to release document, and follow up due date payment.        
• Draft shipping documents and check the seller's bank, net amount, and essential information. 
• Check and follow up dunning and confirmation of balance from Customers.                
• Summary and make the reports: order outlook, rental bonded warehouse settle.
• Making a Statement of outstanding (Provisional / Actual Price).    
• Other duties as assigned.
