Focusing on mobile app development using Ionic and Node.js, and potentially integrating with backend systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Ionic, Cordova, or React for cross-platform compatibility.
2. Node.js & Web Services: Work with Node.js for back-end services to support mobile applications.
3. API Integration: Implement features using APIs (e.g., Google Maps or Mapbox) within mobile applications.
4. Performance Optimization: Ensure apps are optimised for performance, scalability, and security.
5. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Adapt applications to function well on different devices (iOS and Android).
6. Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, well-tested code for mobile applications, adhering to industry best practices.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with Mobile Application Team to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
8. Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers in technologies.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in mobile application development, with proficiency in Ionic, Node.js, and mobile frameworks.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and cross-platform development tools.
• Experience with MySQL and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and DevOps is a plus.
• Experience in mobile optimization, UI/UX considerations, and testing on multiple platforms. 
• Logical approach to multi-platform optimization and troubleshooting.
