Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior System Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our team at PointX. In this role, you will be responsible for the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the systems and cloud services that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all associated systems and services . The Senior Systems Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and designing network architecture and cloud services base on AWS , AZURE.
• Implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, cloud services and system management tools
• Provides technical support by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with software engineer to implement those fixes.
• Collaborate with software engineer to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems
• Coordinate with software engineers to design effective solutions that meet requirements for functionality and integration with existing components.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable on cloud architecture design and services ex. Kubinetes , Docker , mongodb , redis , postgres , mysql , elastic search , ELS stack , log monitoring tools , software deloyment technology (CI/CD) .
• Knowledgeable on security tools ex. Software Composition Analysis (SCA) , Container & Serverless Security , SAST Tools for Code Security & Analysis.
