Job Propose

Supply Chain function is responsible the production planning process. The Supply Chain function partners with sales, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to drive processes and systems that satisfy customers, optimize production, and reduce cost. Logistics Supervisor plans, directs, or coordinates purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, customer service, or planning services. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations. This position will report directly to Supply Chain Manager of Honeywell Electronic Materials (Thailand) and will work closely with the function leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management:

• Oversee the entire logistics operation including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate and manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Supervise and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and drivers.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Implement inventory management systems and practices.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and processes to maximize space and efficiency.

Planning & Customer Service:

• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related customer complaints or issues.
• Implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and service levels.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and workflows.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the logistics budget.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure that logistics operations are conducted within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• 5 – 8 years of working experience in same job functions from manufacturing environment.
• Be able to communicate clearly, intellectual in English.
• Good interpersonal skill, work well with others.
• Logic thinking, integrated thinking skill required.
• Strong Analytical skill.
• Strong Leadership skill.
• Must have strong Leadership skills.
• Must be able to use SAP.
• Be able to provide guidance, direction to his/her staff.
• Have vision and be able to find opportunity of improvement.
