Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience for mechanical engineer in mechanical equipment design and engineering in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Plant and related industries. Experience should cover mechanical equipment design and engineering with Engineering Consultant or EPC/ EPCM Contractor.
• He/she should have experience in Mechanical Lead Engineer for EPC project. Design / review / inspection of stationary equipment. Preparing Data Sheet (D/S), Material Requisition (MR), TBE Report and Vendor Print (V/P) check of stationary equipment, such as Drum, Tower, Internals, Storage Tank, S&T Heat Exchanger, ACHE, Filter, etc.
• Highly motivated and strong leadership quality.
• Familiar with Local and International Code and Standards, such as API, ASTM, ASME, ANSI, TEMA, ISO, NACE, etc.
• Fluent in English, TOEIC score over 650 points is preferable.
• Computer literacy with good knowledge on MS-office, AutoCAD as minimum. 3D Model and other engineering software are advantages.
• Hold the Associate Engineering License from the Engineering Council of Thailand are advantages.

Responsibilities :

• Be a part of the mechanical engineering team working on conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design, EPC proposals/projects.
• Liaise with other disciplines, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties.
• Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings.
• Carry out specialized engineering tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Primary responsibilities:
  • Stationary equipment design, inspection and engineering
  • Review project scope documents and ITB in order to perform the proposal/project works
  • Perform site visits as required
  • Prepare/Check mechanical data sheets, specifications, material requisitions and technical bid evaluation reports
  • Perform vendor prints review
  • Prepare/Check other mechanical engineering deliverables, such as material requisition list, equipment dimensions and weights list, utilities consumption list and others duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Witness shop inspection and testing
  • Assist in plant erection, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
