Key Accountabilities

• Perform in-depth cost analyses and provide maintenance & inspection improvement initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Lead, organize and execute a wide range of maintenance & inspection improvement initiatives across maintenance & asset integrity organization.
• Propose plans and drive them to identify standardized or good practices across maintenance & asset integrity organization.
• Maintain and improve maintenance related metrices while working closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Seek M&I related best practices and/or improvement initiatives across oil and gas industry and propose to management for adoption.
• Enhance maintenance related work efficiency or streamline maintenance related work processes through lean six sigma concepts.
• Coordinate periodic maintenance benchmarking studies.
• Lead and enhance knowledge management (KM) within maintenance & asset integrity organization.
• Facilitate and support the implementation of maintenance & inspection digital initiatives using agile/scrum methodology.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, instrumentation or electrical engineering
• Minimum 15 years’ experience: cost optimization, lean six sigma or reliability/maintenance analysis in oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge and experience in agile/scrum methodology is preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English. Minimum TOEIC score 750.
